Blake Palmer was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Fullerton College with a degree in graphic design and illustration. Blake is a man of many talents: painter, metal sculptor, craftsman, and clothing designer. He has overcome many obstacles in his life including dyslexia. Blake works as a full-time graphic designer and currently resides in northern Utah where he enjoys all that Utah has to offer. About our Poet:
Before earning his M.F.A. in poetry from the University of South Florida, Bryan Thomas Rice spent time working as a banquet server, customer service representative and file clerk. Currently, he works as an editor in Tampa and cares for a rambunctious (yet adorable) puppy named Oliver. He has published poems and nonfiction in various literary journals, including The Common Review, Timber Creek Review, The Silt Reader and Arch Literary Journal. His blog, which he promises to update shortly, is called “My Celluloid Boyhood.” Click on Bryan’s picture to be redirected to his blog.
